This winter I did what I should and gave myself permission to chip away
at the stone. On average, a days work consists of a two to three (relatively)
square inch section of the rock completed. Considering that the
canvas is 71 x 40 inches in total, I could be at this for a while.
Having had a good run through the rocks, now it's time to sharpen the
pencil and produce some of those pencil drawings which I have had in
mind to do. A new progress slideshow will follow the next
preordained hike in the red rocks.
